Regional Food Producer Forums
As an extension of the Arizona Food and Farm Finance Forum, the Regional Food Producer Forums are 1-day mini-conferences that travel around the state to provide the opportunity for current and potential small-scale producers to convene, acquire knowledge in growing, processing, and selling, and to share best practices between rural communities.

In Clarkdale, the event will highlight local conservation practices and opportunities for supply chain enhancement, and focus on helping vendors enter wholesale markets in preparation for the Farmer+Chef Connection in Camp Verde on September 11. View the full program here.

Join us for a day of FREE workshops in canning, dehydrating, and preserving the season’s harvest. Explore opportunities in starting your food business or expanding your market!

Winter 2017: Ajo Center for Sustainable Agriculture, Ajo
In Ajo, the event will focus on native agricultural techniques for our Sonoran Desert and incorporation of desert crops into cuisine.
