The Arizona Farmer+Chef Connection brings together local food producers prepared to transact at a wholesale level and introduces them to wholesale food buyers at restaurants, hotels, etc. from across the state.
Farmer+Chef is the state’s only event of its kind, aimed at building wholesale food networks at the local level. The cornerstone of the event is the Suppliers’ Marketplace, a vendor fair exclusively featuring Arizona food producers and distributors. The event will feature a concurrent series of breakout workshops and close out with a reception featuring Arizona beer and wine.
The 8th Annual Farmer + Chef Connection features two main components, the Suppliers’ Marketplace and the Local Food Reception. Tickets purchased include access to both parts of the day, allowing guests to shake hands as well as experience Arizona’s food culture firsthand.
The Suppliers’ Marketplace is an all day vendor fair featuring the best local food products Arizona has to offer. Farmers and food producers line up with displays, samples of their products, and wholesale information. Meet our producers to learn what is and will be in season and set up future procurement relationships. Read about our 2016 successes.
Local Food Reception:
Included in the price of all tickets is a reception for attendees that features locally sourced appetizers and Arizona wine, beer, and spirits. Attendees can use this opportunity to casually network and hear from our featured speakers, soon to be announced!
Ticketing on sale now! Tabling is reserved for small business farmers and food producers able or ready to transact at the wholesale level by the date of event. Door sales will be available for general admission tickets in the case the event does not sell out prior. Pre-registration is highly encouraged. Vendors should note key dates below, including information about obtaining the temporary health permit.
Early Bird Pricing (Ends July 31)
- General Admission: $10/person all day pass includes access to Suppliers Marketplace and Reception
- Vendor Package: $80 includes includes standard tabled space with ability to sample and sell, reserved parking, two all day passes, and listing in post-event follow-up packet. Purchasing early bird package allows vendor the option to load-in and prep booth up to a day earlier.
Regular Pricing (Begins August 1)
- General Admission: $20/person all day pass includes access to Suppliers Marketplace and Reception
- Vendor Package: $100 includes includes standard tabled space with ability to sample and sell, reserved parking, two all day passes, and listing in post-event follow-up packet.
